Items will be under review and seller will be notified if such a charge is required. If the listing is free how does Dive Specials make money? We act as a retailer. The dealer will provide all products at lowest dealer cost and then will be sold on divespecials.com for lower than the usual market value. Dive Specials takes the amount difference.
